Why has my account been upgraded and my card charged without my permission?

    I received an email "congratulating" me that my jot form account has been upgraded and that I had been charged. I have not asked for this to happen. I have now downgraded and would like my refund immediately.

    You're on Bronze monthly plan:

    And when you purchased that plan you accepted that the plan will be auto-renewed:

    Since our plans are subscription based.

    We will refund your last payment and downgrade your plan to Free.
