Emails not sending after editing submissions

    edit submission emails are not sending. "3D Systems tickets open"

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there are emails set with conditions. Please be noted that the emails with the conditions will be sent only when the rules set in the conditions are passed. Also, please make sure that you enable the option 'Send on Edit' in the email settings to send the email after editing the submission.

    Please review the conditions once and 'Send on Edit' option for the email that is required to be sent after editing the submission. If the issue still persists, please let us know the email that needs to be sent after editing the submission so that we can assist you further.
