Why my account is downgraded?

Perchè il mio account è tornato Free? Ho pagato l'annuale in aprile 2017

I checked your account and the reason why you were downgraded is that your previous plan (the plan you had last year) Storage yearly ended, and it downgraded the plan. But I restored your Bronze plan and you're in good standings.
