Final email report

    I want specific text to appear on every final report email.

    For example: "Instructions to supervisor: Review with employees and have them sign safety meeting roster.  Then sign, date and file this record."

    You can create another email notification, which can be your "Final Email Report", which will contain the specific text, then simply create a condition to trigger that notification if certain criteria is met, for example: If the Status field is equal to Approved, then send "Final Email Report"
