    hello jotform team

I have made a order form which consists a lot of tables. basically this form is to buy different printing products.

--The Problem is that the user is able to fill only one checkbox in the table,,, and as soon as the user select a checkbox its price is shown in the PRICE field(form calculation WIDGET) ..EVERYTHING is fine till here but when the user selects the second checkbox the PRICE Field becomes empty and it disappears(i have set a condition on PRICE FIELD IF IT FILLED, then show the PRICE, otherwise hide the field)

--My approach -->the price field is FORM CALCULATION WIDGET. IN this widget i CLICKED ON ADD FIELDAND SELECT THE table , THEN select all the cell of the table. THAT'S IT.

THIS APPROACH GIVES ME CORRECT VALUE ONLY FOR ONE CELL , BUT I WANT TO ADD THE VALUE OF ALL THE SELECTED  CELL.

NOTE THAT I HAVE FILLED CALCULATION VALUES IN THE TABLE SETTINGS AND DEFINED EACH VALUE ACCORDING TO THE SYNTAX.

I have been testing your form and I can see what you are reporting; however, I can see the Input Table fields have not been properly added to the calculation widget:

When you add an Input Table to the calculation widget, you should select the fields in the Input Table that need to be included in the calculation:

I would suggest you to, please, do the calculations again and add all the fields in each Input Table.

Let us know how it goes.

i think that you have not understood my problem.

here i am not talking about the total caluclation field.

i m talking about the PRICE FIELD which is shown after selection a table. suppose if i select two or more checkbox in the table, then the price calulation field should automatically add them up and display the price.

--IN THE ABOVE SCREENSHOT ARE DISCUSSING ABOUT THE TOTAL FIELD (IN THIS FIELD I HAVE NO PROBLEM)

PROBLEM IS IN THE PRICE FIELD OF ANY INDIVIDUAL TABLE.

I checked your form and I could reproduce the same problem. The reason is because you're not specifying any mathematical function to add these fields up, in your calculation form widget, you're simply listing the fields, in order to have the price added up, you need to add a sum (+) function between the fields. Please see below:

    Your setup:

    How it should be:

I have cloned your form and made this edit, please see the result here:

I only added a few fields to test the fix, but you can review/clone my cloned form via this URL:

Here's how to clone a form into your account:

Hope this helps, let us know if you need any further help.

thankyou very much you have solved my problem

    but another problem crept in

Please not that this problem is about my friends form. i m working as collaborator.

i have made a similar another table here and price field.

when i try to add field in the calculation widget, it shows only one column and while rows are complete. ABOVE THE FIRST COLUMN IT SHOWS THE WORD-->use?

----this problem is with radio button and not with checkbox, as u can see in the image the above table with checkbox is working fine.

IF WE WORK WITH RADIO BUTTONS HERE INSTEAD OF CHECKBOX THEN WHAT IS THE PROBABLE SOLUTION??

    SEE THE IMAGE BELOW

    THANKYOU
