How can I filter an IP so my own views of the form aren't counted in Form Analytics?

I'm loving the Form Analytics feature to see how many views vs how many submissions, etc. However, when working on a form often I go to view it, or send it out for others inside the company to look at for review. Or, I send out a survey in an email, get some responses, but then later I have to go back and view the form to remember what I asked exactly, or to check something. I find that all of my views of the form are diluting the analytics count. Most analytics platforms I use have a way to not count views from a set of IP addresses. Wondering if that will happen with JotForm.

I understand that you want to filter the form views count from your IP address. If the form is viewed using the direct URL, it will be counted as a view. If you want to view the form at your end, please open in Build mode and then click on Preview Form button on the top-right corner so that these views will not be counted.

You may also use the following URL by changing the form ID as a preview.

    https://www.jotform.com/build/FORM_ID/publish#preview

You must be logged into your account in order to preview the form.

    Hope this information helps!

Thank you for response. That will help some. Typically it is much faster for me to go straight to the form rather than having to open the build form, but I suppose if I really care about analytics it is worth a little extra time. I also worry somewhat about opening the form because I may accidentally edit something when I didn't mean to.

This does not help with sharing the form with other co-workers though, as they will not be able to be logged in as me.

But at least I understand what is available.

    Thanks.

In this case, you may consider using the direct URL as already mentioned. This will open the form in preview mode without entering the edit mode.

Unfortunately, yes. If you have sub-account users sharing the form with edit permission, they can use the above direct link for previewing the form.
