fields disappearing in editing response form

It is still happening.  I tried and as soon as I hit the edit button on the response form, the phone numbers disappear.  I thought it might be the browser and so I tried Chrome and it still happened.  Am I doing something wrong?

1. I open the registration forms and scroll down to the table

2. I click on the name I want and scroll up to see the filled out form

3. I scan the form and see that all phone numbers are there

4. I click on edit and the phone boxes are empty

5. So then I click on cancel edit and they come back

Is there another way to do this?

I am unable to reproduce this error. It seems to be working here:
