Changes in translation is not saved and not shown in revision history

    Hello, for the past 2 days, I've been translating our form into various languages. But it seems like the system is not saving the changes. It shows the last saved change was 7/17/17 but I've been working on it the past 2 days and it's not saving. Please see attached pic. I've tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and nothing. Can you please help me?

    I have previously seen changes not show in the in form history but they should show up in the revision history accessed through the My Forms page.

    It wasn’t showing up there either. I restarted my computer and tried it again and now it’s saving but not everything. For example, out 10 fields that I translate it will only save 6 fields not the full 10.

    Is it not saving the actual changes or is it not saving the changes in the revision history?  I tested with a form on my end and each change was saved in the form.  The translations it seems only update to the revision history if there is a change made in the form.  It looks like form translations do not trigger autosave.

    It is not saving the actual changes. Even if I go back to the build page and a change it won’t save the translations at all.

    So how am I supposed to save the translations?

    I’ve translated 4 languages already without a problem. It saved all the translations but when I started the French translation it started this problem. Might it be a bug?

    We are glad to know that you were able to translate the form successfully into 4 languages. I have checked your account and I see that there is only one form in it with no submissions yet.

    I would like to ask for your permission if we can make changes directly to your form. We just need to know exactly what are you trying to do with the form language and if you can give us examples of the changes that aren't being saved that would be great. It would also be awesome if you can give us the same exact steps you are taking.

    Please let us know any information that you think would help us in reproducing the issue you are experiencing on your end.

    I don’t know what else to say. In just going line by line basically copying and pasting into google translate and then back into its corresponding field. That’s all I’m doing. Like I said it worked fine the first 4 languages but when I started French it started giving me these problems. I’m trying to translate the whole form into its corresponding language that’s all.

    Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the problem on the cloned version of your form.

    Changes in the translation are also not saved.

    Guys it shows like you guys have not worked on this issue as there are no updates. Can you guys please give me an update or try to expedite the process? We really need this up and running ASAP. It is affecting our business.
