Cursor does not show in Firefox and Explorer

I was trying to sign up for the conference and renew my membership but the form would not stay on the screen.  It appears and then I move the cursor and it disappears.  Any thoughts as to why the form is doing this in Firefox and Explorer?

I checked in both Edge and Firebox, both showed the cursor and I was able to navigate through the form:

Is it a different form or a different issue with the cursor I am not seeing?  Let us know what you can and we will take another look.
