on this form https://form.jotform.us/71996153593166 i want to HIDE two pages, Delivery Report Video (page 4) and delivery report disclosure (page 5) if the answer to the question on page one IS THERE A DELIVERY REPORT, is NO. I can't seem to get it to work.

note that i do have another workaround for having a manager start the form and a customer finish it...at the bottom of page one is a question, are you ready to continue. if left unanswered everything past that point stays hidden so that the manager can click submit.

using the edit form link in the generated email, a sales person pulls up the form, clicks YES to the question about whether you are ready to continue, and thereby unhides the rest of the from. Are these two conditions conflicting? what is a work around please.

    thanks

Please refer also to our user guide: How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

This should help understand how to use conditions to skip pages on multiple pages form.

I reviewed your form and I found that there were a lot of conditions error in the Conditions section due to missing or deleted fields.

I recommend you remove/delete those conditions with error on them to have the form Conditions cleaned. These conditions error are also causing your conditions to misbehave and not follow the other condition rules you have setup.

You can check again the conditions after you have cleaned and fixed the errors. Let us know if you are still not able to make it work.
