How can I publish a duplicate form that has been edited under a new name?

I am creating three forms that are similar but tailored to three different groups of people. I have duplicated the first form to create the second and make the necessary changes. However, when I try to publish the form on facebook the link still gives the name of the first form. How can I publish the second form under a different name?
