Adding HTML snippet with form in iWeb

Hi - in the past I am able to use forms on website by adding snippet code in iWeb and it works great - today I am trying to add a form for use on a non profit page doing it the exact same way it is currently working o other sites I run but no longer showing up - can you please advise.
