How can I get my products to download in separate columns?

I've created a purchase order for ordering shirts for a fund raising event.  Under the products section I have 4 different styles of shirts, quantities, colors and sizes for each style.  When I download the submittals either as .csv or Excel file, all of the data associated with all products are in the same column.  How do I separate each style (short sleeve, long sleeve, etc.) in a different column with their sizes, colors and quantity in separate columns too.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is no direct method to have the products displayed in separate columns. However, you may consider using Text to Columns feature in Excel to separate the products fields into separate columns.

I am not sure why the second link to a thread is not posted through my earlier post. However, here is the link to the thread to refer that can help you to achieve this requirement.

Thank you.  I'll try this out over the next few days.
