I have tried multiple times to change the autosender email but it failed.

    Could you please share the form ID or form link so we can check it further?

    To add an autoresponder email to your form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

    Keep in mind that you need to have an Email field in order for the Autoresponder Email to work.
