i want to give some personal comments to the form that i've received from my respondent. is there any possible way to make it happen? thank you.

You can comment on your submissions by editing them. Before you edit them it would be better to add a form element for your comment.
While building your form you can add either long text entry or short text entry elements considering you comment length.
In the example I preferred long text entry element and changed the name to comments.
Then right clicked to the field and hid the comment box.
Following that, I found the form that I would like to add comments and selected edit form> view submissions.
After selecting the submission that I would like to comment on, I clicked the edit form.
While editing you will be able to see the hidden comment box and you can add your comments.
After you submit your comments, your submissions will be looking like following image.
If you want to allow people to edit or comment your submissions, you need to add the person's account as sub-user under your account. You may check user's guide in the following link:
