I have done everything asked - I believe. But can't add the payment button - I need this form for people to be able to pay me by card. I've searched through all the instructions and frankly most of the jargon is beyond me! I have spoken to worldpay uk and they tell me that all is fine at their end. I copied and pasted the payment response URL and ticked the enabled box - but what now. should it not be working now - why can't I see the button to press to pay?
Because I am using a jotform page on it's own, instead of in a website, should I be doing something different? I would be most grateful for your help - or better still can you please add the payment button to my form for me?
I'm disappointed that you seem to have removed the live chat help system that I'm sure I used to use - and any way of speaking to someone on the phone!

I just checked your form, it's all set properly. There's no further setup required from you. When you add a payment integration, the submit button of the form plays the "pay" button part, so you basically fill your form, select your product, and then click on submit, you will then be directed to WordlPay to finish the payment.
Hope this is clear, let us know if you need any further help.

appear!!
If I copy the form to a different name can I make a replica for, for
instance, wedding flowers, and another for funerals?? And will they
automatically work. Also, if I add more sections will still work too??
Finally ...is there a way of creating a form that no set figure, but the
client puts it in, then pays??
Thank you for your help

If you are referring to clone the form to another form for different purposes, it is required to configure the WorldPay separately on the respective forms. When you clone the form, the fields on the form will only be copied but not payment configuration. You may also be required to change the products as per the requirement on your cloned form.

You may choose User Defined Amount in the payment field to allow the user to enter the payment on the form.
Hope this information helps!
