Hi please can you help me.  I recently did a degree in web design and used your site to create a form which was all good.  The the day before my graduation show advertising for jot form appeared on my site and I had to upgrade quickly to the bronze package so the advertising message disappeared.  People where coming to view my website and i was worried that they would see your message so I had to pay and upgrade quickly.  I felt it was unfair as I only have one contact form and I believed this was free.  Now you have taken a second payment of £17 off me before I had chance to message you, you can imagine how hectic it has been as I finished my course.

Can you explain why this was.  I and my fellow students use and like jot form but am worried I am going to have to pay £17 a month for one form when my fellow students and I believed it was free under a certain number of forms.  If this is the case I might have to reconsider.

    Thanks

    Jo

It is indeed free to use JotForm, but that comes with limits on number of forms, submissions, views, etc. Also free accounts have the JotForm branding, it can only be removed for paid accounts, which is the case for you currently.

As to the payment, payments re-occur monthly as this is a subscription site, you can upgrade or downgrade any time you like, but if you upgrade and choose a monthly payment, payments will occur monthly unless you downgrade your plan to the free account.

Hope this helps, let us know if you need any further help.
