Form is not working for customers, need help!

We have created a form for customers to use for application. We have personally tried the form/application as a customer ourselves and its working just fine. However, everytime the customers try to fill out the form it is saying its invalid or that it wouldn't load. With your kindness we need immediate help to resolve this as the form is crucial for events we have made thats coming up soon.

I have just tested your form, and I was able to load it and fill it without issues. There's nothing wrong on our end as far as I can see. Do you know if there's any specific error or issue that your customers are receiving? It could be a local network issue, as I didn't see any issues while testing. 

Also, are you using the standalone link, or is your form embedded to your website/page, if so, it could be an issue with the embedding or such. If that's the case, please let us know so we can have a look.
