Kindly advice, how do I reset the submission limit number back to zero? We do not want to include those that were being test internally.

You can just set the Submission Limit counter to zero(0) or remove the value. That should reset it.
But I think you were referring to a different counter. You must be referring instead to your account submissions counter limit.
Please take note though that deleted submission data will be permanently gone. So you may want to download first the submission data before deleting them if you have need for it later.
