Redirect form submissions to different folders

I have ONE form. I would like the form submissions to be redirected to folders, that correspont with a dropdownlist in my form. So the filler chooses from the dropdown list an item, and the form data is stored in the folder (in the backend) with the same name.

    Is that possible?

    Hello macnoel,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Are you looking for some specific integration where the submission data can be copied to any specific folder?

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Google Drive" or "dropbox" integration and see if that fits into your requirement. This will allow to you select dropdown question to create folder for submission PDF.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

I was not looking for an integration, but for a functionallity within Jotform. In my admin-panel of jotform I have made several folders. Per folder there are different sub-users. I would like to use ONE form, of which the submissions are devided over the folders, according to the same names in a dropdown list (the filler chooses one). So if the filler chooses from the list lets say 'Folder1' all the data of that submission is stored in Folder1 and can be handled by the sub-user, who has only access to that folder.

Submission data is stored in a single place on our end for each form.  There is not currently a way to redirect submission data to a different location.  Folders are only for organizational purposes and do not actually have any impact on the form or submissions.

Your setup would be possible using one of the integrations my colleague mentioned, but is not possible directly in JotForm.
