How do I make sure all fields are empty

Asked by nicnatdwd on July 20, 2017 at 06:31 AM

Hi, How do i make sure all fields are empty when my form is published.

At the moment radio buttons are on, and quanitites are set to 1.

The radio button should be unactive and quantity field with nothing in it - waiting for the user to select the value

In preview mode it is fine they are all deselected but when I test it using the URL it shows active and 1 is selcted

    All help gratefully received. Thanks

I reviewed your form using its URL and it loads on the browser with fields empty.

It seems you were able to resolved this already.
