I am having some issues with the 'Read only' option on some fields on my form. The setting is and seems to be working when I 'view form' from the menu but when I go back and look at a submitted form the text can still be edited.
I have multiple forms that I am having this same issue with, I have attached one as an example. The issue in question is occurring in the 'guest passes' section is happening for all the 4 boxes.

I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.com/72004521447952) and I was able to replicate the issue you are encountering. When I viewed the form the fields that are marked as "Read Only" are properly disabled (unable to input text).
However, on edit of submission (https://www.jotform.com/edit/3763707965716007433), the "Read Only" fields are enabled so values can be inputted.
I will forward this concern to our development team so they can further check. Will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

Here is the thing you might have not notice or not know. If you open edit submission link while you are logging to your JotForm account, you will be able to see all the hidden fields and will be able to input any read-only field.
For instance, I cloned your form and sent a test submission while I was login to my JotForm account. Then, I opened edit link in the same browser where I logged in the my JotForm account. It allowed me to write any input to the read-only fields as you can see here.
After that, I opened edit link on a browser where I didn't login to my account, the read-only fields were still read-only and it didn't allow me to type any input as you can see.
So, I had to cancel this ticket since there is no bug here. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.
