Will we lose data access when downgrading our account to the Free status?

    I have been recently instructed to downgrade our membership from the bronze level, to the free.  Now management questions if we will loose access to data recorded within your site.

    I have checked your account and found that your submissions count is below the 500 limit of Free accounts, and your used upload space is also below the 100MB limit, so in conclusion you will not lose any submissions or data when your account gets downgraded to the Free status.
