Hello, I have created a form and embedded the html code into my website. I have 2 questions..

1.) The form does not show up in the editable view of the Xara software, however when I "preview website" it does show up. How do I get it to show up in the editable view of Xara so I can move it around?

2.) When I entered "preview website" I entered data into the form to test it out then hit submit. Where does the form information go? I want it to go to a specific email address. The form editor never asked me where I want this info to be sent? I don't see anywhere I can program this button to send the form data to my email address?

    PLEASE HELP! Thx!

    1. The form does not show up in the editable view of the Xara

Unfortunately, I do not have Xara software to check why the form is not being displayed in the designer mode. Could you try resizing the form embedded frame and see if that helps? Also, please go through the guide below that might help in checking the issue.

    2. Where does the form information go?

By default, the notifications are set with the account registered email address as the recipient. So when the form is filled, the email notifications will be sent to your email address. If you want to change the email recipient, you may change it in the email settings. Please see the screencast below that can help you with this.

    Hope this information helps!

    Tank you very much!!

One more question.. Once I add a recipient email to the list, do I need to need to delete the current html and replace it with the new html code? or, does it automatically update?

You must be referring to the published form in the website, if you need to re-publish it when you made changes to the recipient email settings of the form in the Form Builder.

It will automatically update the published form. So no need to remove and publish again.
