I'm currently using your send to dropbox form. However it has not seemed to work for a customer of mine sending a zip? It does has been working. Is there anywhere that sent files would go, if not put in the jotform folder in my dropbox? Any ideas why I would of recieved the pdf of the upload but not the file?

The uploaded file is also saved in JotForm servers together with the submitted data. Have you tried looking through the submission for the file ? Also please check whether .zip is added in the list of allowed file extension for the file upload. Just click on your upload question and click on the "Extensions" button at the top
