Is there a way to save the introductory content of the email I am sending to all of our new hires so I don't have to recreate the email for every new hire? I have included a snapshot of my example:

You can add an Autoresponder Email to your form. This will send an autoresponder email to the user who registers their email address to your form. You need to add an Email field to your form in order to work.
To add an Autoresponder Email, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Keep in mind that you can also edit the Email Content of the Autoresponder Email. To do that, please follow this guide:
I hope that helps. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Sorry for the confusion.
You cannot save the introductory content of the email you're sending unless you click the "Send Another" button. Once you click the "Done" button, the email content will be reset back to the default content.
I hope that helps. Thank you.
