How do I switch from using my personal pay pal to using a corporate credit card?

I have checked your account and see that the JotForm monthly subscription which was being paid using PayPal has already been canceled. The account is currently holding Bronze yearly subscription with Non-Profit discount pricing and using a credit card. You may check the billing section of your account to see which credit card was used for this subscription.
