If I sign up now for a Silver level, can I change the Credit Card Number on the account to the Corp one readily, or should I get the number now?

Don't see my account name/number on top of the form I imported and edited, but I think my signup was:

Villa Antonio Winery in St Louis, the one with the malfunctioning WuFoo Form .. I have a form almost ready, (Jot seems  Awesome so far!!!)  I need to activate the Authorize.net, and hopefully add a background image AND, hoping I can make the form transparent like on some of the Templates (?).  

That form is under your account username "Marina2525", this account is free, I could not find any subscription for it, do you have the subscription number?

Never mind, I just realized I have access to all I need under free, I will
purchase later under my business.
