Don't see my account name/number on top of the form I imported and edited, but I think my signup was:

Villa Antonio Winery in St Louis, the one with the malfunctioning WuFoo Form .. I have a form almost ready, (Jot seems Awesome so far!!!) I need to activate the Authorize.net, and hopefully add a background image AND, hoping I can make the form transparent like on some of the Templates (?).

That form is under your account username "Marina2525", this account is free, I could not find any subscription for it, do you have the subscription number?

If you upgrade at some point using the credit card payment method, you will be able to update the payment details and switch between our plans at any time. Please note that the PayPal subscriptions may be not as flexible as the credit card upgrades.
