    What documents are required from a non-profit based in Canada when applying for the discount?

    We would love to access the 50% discount for non-profits but just wanted to clarify which documentation Jotform requires from a non-profit based in Canada.

    Please note that we require in general, without anything specific to Canada, that nonprofit applications are submitted along with any supporting documents that prove the nonprofit status, and help your case as a result.

    In light of the above, please apply for the nonprofit discount with such documents and we will get back to you after examining them and reviewing the application overall.
