How to change the title of the form that appears on the browser's tab?

cloned a form with the title: Eveings with Aaron - Fall 2017

in the new form I went to settings and changed the title to Workshop, Nov. 11, 2017 - local

When this is opened in a browser the browser tab has not changed.R

I logged out, logged in.

Refreshed the browser.

How do I get it to change?
