Unable to enter value in fields

Hi, created an enquiry page on your website, on completion done a preview and entered details and it worked OK.  I then embedded the form on website am building.  Am using Xara Web Designer. To check the form to see it looked OK, clicked the 'eye' it looked OK but I cant enter data.  Any ideas?

Please open the web page in the browser and not in the preview mode of Xara Web Designer in order to test the form properly.
