Please advise why the email address: email@example.com is coming up on your bounce list?
Secondly, i have tried sending test emails for a form created and not receiving them

An email address may be added to the bounce list due to several reasons, may be that the recipient email address was not available at that moment or that the JotForm sender email was blocked.
I have checked your email address and noticed the bouncing message was truncated (this is why I did not post it here); however, I have removed it so you should receive emails now.
