    what field would i use if I need 4 "fillable" options?

    so I want it to read:

    details of prospective employers

    1.

    2.

    3.

    4.

     

    where the user can fill in free text as reponses

     

    Help! I'm sure its not that hard, I just can't get my head around it...

    Hi zkendle.  Did you try other fields? What about "Text Box" Field? If not, what would be the exact results that you wanted? You can reply with examples of results or type of forms that you want.

    Hi, you may also want to apply Condition Logic on the form to have a "fillable options". On the options you can use Texbox or TextArea fields.
