Is there a way to generate a list of respondents then track them all?

Does JotForm allow you (1) to enter a list of names/emails to whom a form should be sent (2) track responses submitted from those people, and (3) provide a way to send reminders to those who have NOT submitted a response?

    Thanks,

    Pride of Kentucky Chorus

    (1) to enter a list of names/emails to whom a form should be sent

No, we don't have this kind of feature. This is something that has to be managed/handled by the end-user. Since there's no 1 strict way of sharing forms with someone else, we left that decision upon the user's discretion. In your case, if you wanted to send your form to say, 10 people, I guess sharing the FORM URL with them via email would suffice.

And if you wanted to share it with your website visitors, embedding the form on a page on your website should take care of sharing the form with your intended audience.

    (2) track responses submitted from those people

You can view your submissions by going to your Submissions Page. This isn't tracking per se, where you will know who submitted the form among the list of people who you shared it with. It will just log and record ALL submissions done on your form. In theory though, you would still know who submitted what by comparing your list with the people who did a submission.

    (3) provide a way to send reminders to those who have NOT submitted a response?

I'm afraid we don't have this feature either. What you're describing, as a whole, gives the impression that what you're looking for is an Email Marketing Solution. The features you mentioned are popular among email marketing software where they offer:

    a. A list of names/emails, or what they often call as subscribers

    b. Track your subscribers

    c. Send email reminders to your subscribers

(e.g. Mailchimp, GetResponse, iContact, SendInBlue, and so on)

And sadly, JotForm is an Online Form Builder, so the bulk of our features revolve around building forms.

Thank you for your prompt response.
Actually, we were not looking for a marketing thing at all. We
were looking for something that SurveyMonkey has to send survey links to
people via email. Since you have some survey functions, we thought you
might have this as well. Our chorus frequently does surveys of its members
to determine things like show availability, etc. We've used SurveyMonkey
extensively (one of our members has a professional account that has the
email option as part of the account features).

I see, thanks for clearing that up. You may send the form URL (form links) via email but in the end, there's no real way to track who responded or not without manually looking and comparing your intended recipients with the actual people who were logged on your Submissions page.

As an alternative, your workflow with us would look like this:

    1. You send/share the Form URL to your users via email.

    Related guide: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    2. Suppose it was sent to 10 different users, you will then keep an eye out for each new submission. One good way of knowing when you have a new submission is through Email Notifications.

    Complete guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    3. Give it some time and once you're confident you got enough replies, download your Submission Data to Excel (either in XLS or CSV format). This will allow you to manage and compare easier.

    4. If, say, 2 or 3 of them never completed the survey, you can then reach out to them with a followup email.

#1 and #4 above has to be done outside JotForm and handled through your email. #2 and #3 are features we offer that you can utilize in conjunction with monitoring/tracking who completed the survey.
