account auto suspended

Made a form (username = Jarqus)

after creating it came up with error form not found or something.

So I left it for a few days and tried to login, now getting auto suspended error.

Any reason why.

Hi Damian,

Our anti-phishing filter tool automatically suspended your account. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

Upon checking your form, I didn't see any fields that violate our terms of use. I have now re-activated your account back in good status so you can manage your forms properly.
