As I check your account, I notice that your account is in EU region. Generally, the submissions are displayed blank when you try to view the submissions from a non-EU region with EU data center enabled or vice versa. Please check the EU data center option in your account settings to see if it is enabled.
if the option is not checked, please try using https://www.jotform.com to log in to your JotForm account to check if the submissions are displayed correctly. If it is already checked and please use https://www.eu.jotform.com to log in to your account.
