My form is not appearing on my Weebly website

i have received 5 submissions which none have appeared on my weebly main page.

I have checked your web site and see that there is no JotForm embedded on the home page. However, as I check your website, I notice that the form is embedded on 'Free Lesson Trial' page. Please check the link below to see the form embedded.

Thank You for checking. What is being miss understood is that on the weebly console main page its advertised that any submissions will appear there. However that is not the case.

Could you confirm if the JotForm on your web page is embedded using JotForm app in Weebly?

If not, please use this method to embed the form on your web page so that the entries should be displayed in the widget.
