my client does not receive e-mails from the forms? we have tried different e-mails but she still does not receive them we added all the jotform e-mails to contacts but still nothing?

Since you didn't provide the email you're having issues with, I checked your form, and found out "email@example.com" was in our bounce list, as it seems like their mail server rejecting emails from us due to suspected spam, which explains why this email wasn't receiving emails.
I have now removed it from the bounce list, so it should receive emails without any issues.
