Been running into a problem where our forms and/or submissions are not visible under our account admin view. What's starnge is that sometimes I can't see them, but other people in my team can and then other days it's the reverse. This is something that started happening in the last month or two and it's making so that I can't access our information.
As you can see from the attached screenshot nothing is coming in at all even though we have x3 forms in the system with several submissions.

That's weird as I can see all your forms from here using 2 different computer. I have also tried it using different browsers and it appears fine from here.
What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?

I'm on Firefox 14.0.1. I have cleared my cache multiple times, but I'm still not seeing anything unfortunately.

I would recommend you to login into your account using Google Chrome. Even thought this shouldn't be related, let me tell you that we are changing My Forms page to a new version, so it is better to use that browser in the meantime. Let us know if the hint helped you

I had the same problem, I couldnt see all my forms in my account. Then I tried the Google Chrome and I saw them all...really strange.
But with the little change from MAIN to ALL it works back in Firefox for me: (I saw that in an other thread)
