Hidden field(s) appearing when editing a submission.

The "years of relevant experience" scale field is hidden on my form, but becomes visible when I edit a submission. This is happening with multiple other forms I manage. Please help.

By designed, the Hidden fields will show when in EDIT mode in the View submissions panel.

However hidden fields via Conditions will not as long as condition rules for the field is true.

in View Submissions panel.
