Not able to navigate to next page of form

When I click on the link to our form https://form.jotform.us/71084397041152  

and am trying to complete the form, after the first page there's no Next button to go to the next page of form.

Please help.

 

That problem occurs because you have a broken condition.

If you pause or remove the condition it will work.

I fixed the broken condition and now the form https://form.jotform.us/DLAForms/conference-information--registratio is skipping mostly all of the pages where an attendee would enter their information. Please help.

I just did a test submission to your form https://form.jotform.us/DLAForms/conference-information--registratio and it did not skip a page or pages. Please see below for my test.

 

I was able to fill out all 4 pages.
