Ok is there a submission log report that show how often an email is sent to a submitter.  The reason for asking when with my forms I have it submitting a form on the 14 day and the 30 day.

Also, is there a way to control the email date?  Example I already have the submission date on my form and I want to send the same email advising them to join the organization by paying their membership on the 14th day of their submission and on 30th day of their submission.

Also, how do I update the changes on the form to google sheets? Example Labels

You can see form email history from your account page:

I'm afraid that we do not have a feature for sending follow-up emails directly from JotForm. The only option we have is for sending an Autoresponder immediately when the form was initially submitted OR at a later time.  It is not currently possible to send one at the time of submission AND at a later date.

For sending follow-up emails, you may want to use a third-party emailing service, such as Aweber, MailChimp, MadMimi, or any other of the email services that we support direct integrations with.

For example, you can look at our guide on How to Integrate with MailChimp, so that email addresses your form collects are automatically sent to your MailChimp account from where you can send follow-up emails and newsletters.

You can also try using our own Newsletter App, but it may not support the customization features for having the name of the customer in the email:
