Unable to submit form

    Also, customer state's they were having trouble submitting a form. Claims
    it "locked up", but I do not see incomplete payment in the submission
    folder.

    Please make sure your form is properly connected to Stripe. Open the settings of your payment field, click Connect with Stripe, input your Stripe credentials and click Continue.

    Once properly connected, it should show Connected as below.
