    Hi and thanks for contacting us,

    If you need to set a picture as a background you can use this html tag on your form:

    <body background="http://yourimagepath.jpg">.

    To add this tag you must open your form builder and click on "HTML" button that you will see in editor.

    Hope this helps.

    Additionally you can use css code like this:

    .form-all{
           background-image:url('http://yourimagepath.jpg');
    }

    .form-line { background: none; }

    To inject this css code I suggest you to read carefully this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/75-Customize-your-Form-using-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Hi romands,

    In addition to my colleague's response above, here's the guide on how to inject custom css into your form.

    Thank you!
