I am getting an error when providing a Canadian Postal Number

Why can i not put a postal code in for sign up a new account? I am canadian, in canada, with the correct address filled in according to canada post....why is it still saying error in postal code section?????????????????????????????? 

I cannot seem to replicate this problem when testing up our form. Would you mind sharing us the Jotform link you tried to fill? This way, we can make an actual test using that form. Here's a screenshot of my test using a Canadian Address:
