Shipping doesn't always add to my customers purchases, happens 2 out of 5 transactions

    Thank you for reporting this matter to us. I have been doing tests on your form. Unfortunately, I could not replicate the issue. Would you have an idea what kind of browser these people who made a submission which the shipping did not reflect were using?
