I can't get my submit button to work on my webpage

I have the jot form appear on my webpage.  When I enter the form and press submit it doesnt go anywhere...just says please wait??? 

I have a product options and should redirect to paypal??

I dont know how to fix it???

I did a test submission on your web page and I was able to replicate the issue.

It is possible that there are script conflicts between the form and the web page. Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
