Seat reservations for an event

We want to set up a form for people to register for an event. there are 16 seats available. so parents will reserve 1-4 seats how do we do that? we will have two days and two time slots available per day, 16 seats each time. 

While we do not have a specific tool for your setup, you may want to consider this app and widget.

For seat reservations, you can try this app. Unfortunately, this has very limited feature but you may want to try it somehow.
