Unfortunately, it's not possible to add hyperlinks to single choice questions. Perhaps there are some widgets that we can use. Can you tell us the intention of having a hyperlink on a single choice question?

    Thanks.

We are making a music planner for our events--clients will fill out the form to choose what songs they would like played for certain things. We wanted to link the songs so that clients could listen to them before selecting them. I ended up formatting it such that each song was its own question and there was a text box that linked to the song right next to it. (See the attached screenshot)

I have another question though! Is it possible for clients to begin filling out the form, save it, and go back to fill it out at a later date? I couldn't figure out how that would work.

I see you were able to find a way to have questions + links to the music files.

Regarding your second question, we have continue later option:

    1) One is when the information is saved locally, in the Browser and user can access it only from the same Browser, more about it here:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

    2) And the second one when the information is saved on our server and it is available from anywhere:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Both options will save the data filled if the user decides to close the Browser or tab and it will be available when the user comes back to it.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
