    Hi everyone,


    We are all asking questions on and on but has anyone realised that the JotFrom support is incredible?

    I have never seen so many people answering so many questions in a such small amount of time.

    The product is Free for startups and premium for more serious businesses, this is a great business idea, the software is innovative, powerful and so well designed.

    I hope more people will drop a little thank you in this thread  just to show them that they are doing an excellent job!

    Thank you so much for the reply.

    I have worked in support in the past and I know how hard it can be, this is why I do feel that many more users should be grateful to the JotForm team.


    I am close from having my final project accepted by my boss(who is more than happy for me to use JotForm) and will get your premium in about 2 weeks time, we will then start using your software for many more great ideas!


    Thanks again for all and sorry if I did post something not related to bugs or problems....but I really wanted to have more people saying thank you. Unfortunately, most of the people who will read this will be new to Jotform and will not understand what I am saying :-)

    On the contrary Ben, this Forum can be used by users and customers to toss their non technical related inputs.

    I think we all in the team love what we do and love to see how raving fans become in loyal Jotform Customers while helping them with their business endeavors.
